There are  lot of factors which would cause acne,it may be due to stress, allergies and offcourse cloged pores.I think the best way is to open the cloged pores.you should clean your pores regularly to prevent acne.
Try these simple home remedy..
boil some water and place your head over the bowl with steam for 10 minutes..then dry your face and wash ur hands well.
Take a clean tissue and wrap it using ur fingers and gently roll up on the skin.
then take an ice cube and wrap it in a clean cloth and gently scrub up,it willtightenur skin..

Inside your hair follicles, there are small glands producing oil called sebum. This oil mixes with skin cells in the follicle and joins them on the journey outward. But when there's too much sebum, too many dead skin cells or something on the surface that blocks their exit from the follicle, a blockage can occur. Bacteria joins the party, and the result is acne.So what can we do to get rid of acne? Try any of these
1.Keep Your Hands Off Your Face->there is a chance to spread bacteria and viruses.
2.Wash Your Skin Twice a Day->Use a clean washcloth, warm water and a mild soap or cleanse once in the morning and once in the end of the day.
3.Work Up a Sweat ->Sweating helps clear out your pores, ushering those dead skin cells to the surface where they can't cause as much trouble.Half-an-hour's worth of exercise three to four times a week is good
4.Loosen Up When You're Working Out->Many jogging suits or yoga outfits, headbands, helmets  can cause acne by friction, heat, and constant contact between skin and clothing.
5.Don't Forget to Shower->When you exercise, the sweat that leaves your body through your pores takes dead skin cells with it.The accumulation of these dead skin cells can lead to blockages.Once that sweat evaporates, it leaves salt behind on your skin. If you don't wash these dead skin cells and salt off in short order, they'll block recently cleared pores.
6.Buy Some Benzoyl Peroxide->Benzoyl peroxide kills the P. acnes bacteria that causes inflammation in a blocked pore. It may take about three weeks for results to occur. If not working try next.
7.Stock Up on Salicylic Acid->Salicylic acid causes your skin to shed its outermost layer. By getting rid of this layer of dead skin cells, your skin will be better able to keep pores nice and clear of blockages.Avoid putting on sensitive, cut or sore skin.
8.Take a Look at Your Makeup-> In some cases, people may notice a significant increase in facial blemishes when wearing a certain brand or type of makeup. If this is the case, switch brands or select products labeled "oil-free" or "noncomedogenic."
9.Ask for Antibiotics->If the above treatments don't work, try antibiotics. It kills the P. acnes bacterium, thus helping to prevent future bacterial growth through continued use.Tetracycline is commonly prescribed for acne.
10.Consider Birth Control Pills->Women who are dealing with acne can look to birth control pills. The reason is that our bodies are cranking out high levels of hormones such as androgen and testosterone. These sex hormones prompt glands in the skin to produce higher levels of an oil called sebum which results in acne. The FDA has approved three different birth control pills for treatment of acne. All three contain a mix of the hormones estrogen and progestin.
11.Manage Stress (and Sebum)->When we undergo stress, the hypothalamus prompts other cells to produce and release stress hormones, one of which is cortisol.Your heart rate quickens, your perception becomes sharper, and your skin produces more oil which results in acne.If these doesn't work try next.
12.Try Isotretinoin->Isotretinoin(known by Accutane) has been proven to be effective for treating severe acne. It's believed that it reduces the amount of sebum production. The drug isn't a step you should take lightly without doctor's advice.
13.Follow the Light (and the Heat)->arious forms of low-intensity light (colored blue, red, green-yellow or a combination) seem to be effective in killing the P. acnes bacteria.By using a wandlike device, a doctor can painlessly apply the light treatments.Still having scars and mementos see next.
14.Sandblast It->Many people have acne scarring, and one way to get rid of it is through microdermabrasion.A doctor using a wandlike device bombards your face with tiny particles of aluminum oxide. It sounds painful, but it doesn't hurt.
15.Explore Laser ->This is the most high-tech acne treatment.Lasers utilizing pulsating lights can be focused on problematic parts of the skin, producing heat beneath the skin's surface. This heat causes thermal damage to the sebaceous glands but doesn't damage the surface of your skin.

The most important thing you need to do if you want to get rid of acne as soon as possible is
->Do Not Touch Your Face.
When you touch your face every now and then you are in fact bringing it in contact with all the dirt on your hands. This will increase the chances of                    infected follicles. Also, never touch your acne without washing hands before and after.

Treatments such as laser skin resurfacing and microdermabrasion smooth the skin's surface, effectively removing pimple scars.

I think the best natural treatment of acne is use to aloe vera. You should take a leaf of aloe vera and after to break it use a juice of it. It is very simple just wash your face with anti bacterial soap. And dry your face Than rub the juice of aloe vera on your face. And wait till dry it. Again wash your face. I hope you feel the difference with in some days.

Hello bhavana,
It happens in this age so don'ut worry and apply Aloe Vera pulp on your face and wash it after some time...
