I think it is a matter of self control. You should control yourself a little, give her a little time and continue giving pleasure to your partner .Before you have sex you do some foreplay, touching by hand or tongue or stimulating the clitoris or breast or lips what ever you like (above the vagina) till she reaches orgasm.I think this is the common thing where everyone is practicing, but you are too hurry to get into...Its not very difficult for women to get orgasm (except if she has any problem such as cyst or any other disease). So you have to help her to build up orgasm before you end up ejaculating with little physical contact..If you couldn't control yourself after sex you can continue the foreplay and help her to reach orgasm, that is not a big issue..

What is an orgasm disorder in woman:

When a woman never has an orgasm while making love and is distressed by this, she may have an orgasm disorder. When there is sufficient desire for sex and the body is stimulated in the right way, then an orgasm is a reaction of the body. For most women the orgasm is caused by a direct or indirect stimulation of the clitoris. In general, vaginal stimulation is not enough to get an orgasm. One third of all women rarely or never have an orgasm while making love. Only one woman in ten always have an orgasm when making love. Some women are also less interested in getting an orgasm.
