Horrible Menstrual problems..
« on: December 23, 2011, 05:05:40 AM »
I am 23 now and my periods had started from the age 11.That time i have horrible cramps, sometimes blood spot, irregularity, blood clots and sometimes heavy bleeding, and other problems such as headache, back pain, vomiting tendency..Its been getting worse year by year, cramps too.usually i have some pills and other medicines to reduce the cramps and back pain.I am fed up taking medicines.sometimes i use heating pads,or a warm bath, but it will give small relief only.I did an ultra sound and my doctor told me that everything was normal. And doctor asked me to take birth control.but that also give some relief on that time but i feel dizziness and vomiting tendency on all day..what to do now i am really not interested to take on birth control pills..Is any other way to reduce the pain and cramps?

During menstruation you should use clean, soft cloth or sanitary napkins. Change the napkins atleast twice a day.
I know one natural remedy to control pain during periods, take 10gms of jagerry and half spoon black pepper powder and 1spoon ghee mix them and take twice a day.
