Exactly, we have habits that make you fat.
It requires some good habits like,

1. When you wake up in the morning, drink 1 to 2 glasses of warm water
2. Have breakfast (include milk, yogurt, eggs, oats, dry fruits)
3. Sleep at least 7 hours
4. Exercise regularly
5. Eat fiber rich foods
