1. Water is the best option to quench thirst.
2. Avoid caffeinated or carbonated beverages, alcoholic beverages, and those high in sugar.
3. Do not drink very chilled liquids.
4. Eat light, nutritious and non-fatty meals.
5. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in the form of salads and fresh juices, preferably without sugar, in your diet.
6.Drink lemon juice, coconut water and thin buttermilk, to replenish the fluids that are lost in sweat.
7. Avoid sugary foods, especially honey and molasses, and stick to natural sugars available from fruits and veggies.
8. Minimise the intake of hot, spicy foods and extremely salty foods
9. Cut the intake of fried foods, like vadas, samosas, chips, etc. Fat has a thermal effect
10.Maintain good hygiene levels.

Here are some tips to help you decide what to eat in the summer. Take care of your health in summer by including these things in your diet.  We don't eat too much meals in the summer. So the food should be light. Atmospheric and body temperature increases more during summer days. In the meantime, eat more fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food. 1. When you wake up in the morning, drink 1 to 2 glasses of warm water

3. Sleep at least 7 hours
4. Exercise regularly
