The flu,a contagious illness caused by viruses.The symptom of any type of flu can be mild, severe or deadly depending on the person.
Older adults,young children,pregnant women and people with asthma,diabetes,heart disease or other chronic conditions and diseases have a higher risk of serious complications.

The onset of flu symptoms can start without warning.They include:
*High fever
*Head ache
*Sore throat
*Runny or stuffy nose
*Body aches
*Vomiting and Diarrhea(more common in children)
If your flu symptoms last longer than 10 days and seem to be getting worse seek medical help immediately.

There is no cure for the flu,but you can take actions to reduce the symptoms
*The best way to prevent the flu is to get a vaccination each year in the fall.
*Washing your hands frequently can offer some protection.
*Boosting your immune system by eating a healthy diet,exercising regularly and getting enough sleep.

Care for yourself or a loved one who has the flu:
*Stay home and get lots of rest.
*Drink plenty of fluids t avoid dehydration.
*Gargle with warm slatwater to relieve sore throat pain.
*Take medications to reduce fever,pain and cough.

Strep throat(streptococcal pharyngitis) is a bacterial infection of throat that is most common in children between age 5 and 15. It is very contagious, spread by person to person contact with saliva or nasal secretions.
It may be both mild and severe.
► Fever, begins with slightly fever and become highest on day 2-3. Followed by chills.
► Difficulty and pain in swallowing
► Red throat, with white patches.
► Headache
► Nausea, appetite loss, vomiting
► Swollen lymph in the neck
► Rash. Some can lead to a scarlet fever-like rash. It is an allergic reaction to the bacterial toxins.

Consult your pediatrician to have a specific test of strep throat.

Yes. But, not to the extent that we think. Better sources of nutrients for vision are Eggs, Mangoes, Papaya, Fish (not fried), Spinach and Milk.
In fact, excess of vitamin A is harmful for the liver.
And if a smoker takes Vitamin A, the chances for Lung Cancer are greater!

Body odor is affected by the excessive sweating of sweat glands . Although perspiration(Salty fluid secreted by sweat glands) is basically odorless, it smells when it comes into contact with bacteria on skin.

Natural Treatments are
-Take a shower using an antibacterial soap,especially under the armpits.
-Avoid synthetic clothes. Wear breathable cotton clothes especially undergarments.
-Washing areas under the armpits is a must as 80% of the body's sweat is present there.
-Avoid alcohol,coffee,cigarette.Caffeine can stimulate the autonomic nervous system, which regulates sweating.
-Eat pure, natural, fresh foods, drinky plenty of purified water, and follow a regular exercise.
-Applying baking soda to the armpit or to the feet will help to get rid of the odor.
-Add a cup of Vinegar/Camphor to the water and bath.
-Stop using deodorants and anti-perspirants, It gives only instant relief, they are very bad for you.
-Boil mint leaves and add the water to your bath water.
-To get rid of smelly feet, wash and dry between the feet and wear well-ventilated footwear.
-Apply apple cider vinegar to eliminate under arm body odor.
-Mix some baking soda with lemon juice. Rub mixture on underarms.
-Use baby wipes to clean the underarms.
-Apply some lemon juice on underarms after you get out of the shower to prevent the body odor.
