General / Home remedy for Diarrhea(Loose motion)

Make a cup of hot black tea. Put a tea spoon of sugar and squeeze half a lemon into the cup of tea. Mix well and drink in small sips. Have another cup after 4 hours. Non-infective diarrhea should resolve after the second cup. To combat dehydration, have a lime juice mixed with a tea spoon of sugar and salt after a while.
If not resolving, there might be a problem that requires medication or expert care.

Headache is one of the commonest aches that most people complain of. It can happen to anyone irrespective of age and gender. Every time popping a painkiller is not a good idea. Hence try any of these home remedies for headache next time you get the headache.
Before that remember following tips that will help you prevent getting a headache.

• Don't stay hungry for a long time, as hunger can also be one of the causes of having a headache.
• Take one spoonful of sugar and eat it when you have a headache. It'll give an instant relief..
• Do Yoga to remain stress free. It helps to maintain correct blood circulation and prevent headaches from occurring.
• Avoid eating junk and fried food stuff.
• Take a good sleep.
• Include green vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
• If you have a headache then take a glass of milk.
• Yogurt should be avoided, especially at night.
• Don't eat cheese and chocolate in excess amount.
• Learn some deep breathing exercises and go for half an hour walk daily, where you will get pollution free air.
• The natural urges (sneezing, passing stool and urine, hunger, thirst, sleep, breathing and yawning etc.) should not be suppressed.

Home remedies for Headaches :
• Boil sugar and coriander and drink it whenever you get a headache due to cold.
• Massage your head with coconut oil. This will help the blood circulation in the head thus give instant relief from headache.
• Drinking a cup of tea with ginger,coriander seeds and cumin while making tea.
• To cure headache massage you head with eucalyptus oil.
• Massage your forehead with almond oil for getting instant relief from the headaches.
• Drinking garlic juice early in the morning will also act as a painkiller and stop your headache within minutes.
• Wrap a wet cloth around the neck.

Generally in myoclonus only a part of the body moves without consciousness....its better to consult a neurologist if u jerk like this 3 times a week..

Joint pain can be caused by damage to the joints including injuries,osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, gout, strains, sprains may lead to painful joints.When joint pain begins, your physical activity stops.The lack of physical activity weakens muscles which support your joints and actually causes your joints to hurt even more.
With a few home treatment you can reduce the joint pain.

1)Drink at least eight to 10 glasses of water each day, it helps to lubricate your joints, flush toxins which cause pain and also helps for the overall body function.

2)Add 2 or 3 grams of fish oil (Omega 3 fatty acid) in your diet,your diet should be as chemical free as possible.Omega 3 has anti-inflammatory properties and also helps to reduce the heart disease.

3)Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean, healthy meats such as poultry and fish.

4)Massage painful joints with eucalyptus oil to help reduce swelling and inflammation and stop pain. It can be used anytime.

5)Soak 2 cups of Epsom salt to your tub and bath to stop joint pain. The magnesium sulfate found in Epsom salts has both anti-arthritic and
 anti-inflammatory properties and can be absorbed through the skin. Also the it will increase circulation to reduce joint pain.

6)Apply olive oil to keep skin young and healthy, it also helps to reduce joint pain.

Other Treatments:

Contact health care provider/medical center if you have Fever,flu or severe joint pain that lasts more than 5 days.
If you have milder pain without any swelling, acetaminophen (Tylenol) can be effective. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Aspirin,Ibuprofen (Advil,motrin), naproxen sodium (Aleve), can provide relief. You should take any of these pain medications with caution,before that consult a doctor.

Freckles are flat, pigmented spots on the skin, usually found in sun-exposed areas of the body.It is due to an increase in the amount of dark pigment called melanin and are not due to an increase in the total number of pigment-producing cells called melanocytes. They're more noticeable in the summer, more common in fair-skinned people. Freckles pose no health risk. But some cancers in the earliest stages resembles a freckle. See a doctor if the size, shape, or color of a spot changes, or becomes painful.

Causes:

-Exposure to sun
-Genetics

Treatment:
Freckles pose no health risk,they are harmless and no need to treat them.Avoid long exposure to sun, when you go out always wear a hat and suncreen with SPF 50 or higher. Some cancers in the earliest stages resembles a freckle. See a doctor if the size, shape, or color of a spot changes, or becomes painful, because lighter skinned people are more likely to develop skin cancer.Certain types of laser treatment are available to treat the freckles.

If you could find out the symptoms and  signs earlier you can reduce the severity.Most of them think that asthma and wheezing is just shortness of breath.But there are other signs you can recognize faster are
1.Sneezing continuously.
2.Runny ,stuffy or congested nose
3.Itchy or watery eyes.
4.Dark under eye circles
5.Sweating,tiredness
6.Thirst
7.Throat irritation
8.Yawning,Trouble sleeping
9.head ache ,fever
10.Tight chest, heart burning .
carefully watch all these signs and get treat early.

Emotions and Behaviour / Re: How can i teach discipline?

Yes these behaviors are unacceptable for others.Child who has been hitting biting,throwing food/toys has to follow effective timeout punishments and you should told them that these behaviors are unacceptable and should taken to a designated timeout area,longer timeouts are not effective for toddlers..And don't forget kids learn by watching parents so be a role model to your kids.and don't slap your kids they will only feel the pain.Age 3 to 5 begins to understand what you teach and you can communicate what you are expecting from him.You can try to explain the actions and consequences connected to his behavior before you punish him.And don't forget to praise /reward his good behaviors.
