Relief from Stress & anxiety.

some stress relief tips are..
- watch a comedy movie
-or take a relaxing bath
-to be in a calm and quite environment
-have your favourite food snacks such as chips,chocolate etc..
-listen to your favourite music..
-involve in any job which gives you pleasure and healthy mind.
-go for a meditation class which really help you to reduce from stress and anxiety.

Avoid heavy work out just before bedtime, it makes your body alert.
