Poor sleep at night...!

Guys,do you have poor sleep at night?i am suffering from this for the past 2 weeks...i don't knw what's going wrong..

Remember, bed time mistakes can also snatch away your sleep.

-Avoid heavy meals at night,it may slows down digestion during sleep and the stomach tries to wake you up
-Avoid alcohol,it dehydrates the body,so the body wakes you up to drink more water.
-Caffeine & Tobacco doesn't allow you to sleep.
-Napping after 4pm
-Empty stomach makes you feel hungry at night
-Drinking more water after 8pm may also wake you up to pee.
Drinking a glass of warm milk gives you a good sleep.Also make sure you have set the temperature right.

I have the same problem.You could listen some Light music before go to bed.
