Jogging is great for your heart and weight loss

I have been jogging for years and love it. When I started I was really overweight and out of shape and actually had to start off with a fast walk and work my way up to a jog. I am 66 now and I feel great for my age. For anyone interested in jogging here is the best source of information and advice.
