Foods which are essential for women

A balanced diet is the fundamental for a healthy living.There are some foods which women should follow more than men.
Flax seeds:It is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids,which helps to reduce the risk of breast cancer and heart disease,Arthritis,Irritable bowel movement..
Milk:It is rich in calcium which is beneficial when it  combined to Vitamin D, helps to prevent the occurrence of Osteoporosis,PMS.
Figs: The Iron content in this fruit is beneficial for menstruating women.
Oats:Oats are not only great for heart health, digestion and blood pressure levels in women over 50, also contain vitamin B6, which can help prevent PMS and mood swings, and folic acid, which is important during pregnancy to prevent birth defects in babies.
Fish:Fish such as Salmon which is rich in Iron,Omega-3 fatty acids which is good diet for premenopausal women.Omega-3 can also boost baies intellegence during pregnancy.
Spinach:It is rich in many different vitamins and minerals.It contains high content of magnesium which reduce the symptoms of PMS,reduction of swelling, breast tenderness, bloating and weight gain.
Tomatoes:It contains Lycopene,which is beneficial for women's health in preventing breast cancer.The antioxidant contained in this will help reduce the risk of heart.
Walnuts: walnuts, which are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and phytosterols, may help to reduce women's risk of developing breast cancer, while their high omega-3 content may also help bone health, arthritis pain and depression.
Butternut squash:It is packed with carotenoids such as alpha-carotene and beta-carotene which reduces the risk of breast and ovarian cancer.
Cranberries:It has the ability to prevent and cure urinary tract infections such as cystitis in women.
