Tips to prevent from brain damage & brain degeneration

1. Skipping Breakfast leads to lower the blood sugar and insufficient nutrients to the brain.
2. Eating too much food leads to decrease the mental power.Take sufficient nutritious food.
3. Smoking leads to brain shrinkage which may cause diseases like Alzheimer, Dementia..
4. Too much sugar consumption interrupt the absorption of proteins & nutrients and cause malnutrition and interrupts brain development.
5. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain and decreases the brain efficiency.
6. Poor sleep leads to accelerate the death of brain cells.so give rest to brain by sleeping well.Do not cover your head while sleeping.It increases the  consumption of carbon dioxide and leads to brain damage.
8. Do not work or study if you are suffering with sickness.It leads to decrease the power of brain and damage the brain.
9. Train your brain by stimulating thoughts and there by stop brain shrinkage. Thinking,brain games,puzzles are the best way to train our brain.
10. Increase the efficiency of brain by participating in intellectual conversations and training's.
