Sleep time varies from person to person. If a person has gone through a high stress then he/she needs at-least 8 hours of minimum sleep. The average sleep requirement is 8 hours, but the normal range is 6 to 9 hours per night. You should try to get at least your minimum sleep each night. Most adults need between 7-9 hours of sleep each night.

Are you a night dreamer?Do you remember your dreams? Some people dreams a lot in the night like they are running like in horror movies or swimming, flying or fighting or riding etc..This will keep you exhausted when you wake up in the morning. We don't realize how dark the land and sky are without light bulbs. On the other hand, there is a chance that this is a symptom of a bipolar disorder, the excessive sleeping being a first symptom of the depressive phase. Thus, if this persists into next month, see a doctor.

On average 6 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary for the human body.Sleep is a natural part of everybody's life, it is something our bodies need to do, it is not an option. Even though the exact reasons for sleep remain a mystery, we do know that during sleep many of the body's major organ and regulatory systems continue to work actively. Some parts of the brain actually increase their activity dramatically, and the body produces more of certain hormones.
Sleep, like diet and exercise, is important for our minds and bodies to function normally.
