Improve your Brain by trying these...

Our brain works the full day even we sleep also.So try these to function your brain strong and powerful.

-Strengthen the mind by doing Meditation

-Sleep at-least 6 to 8 hours a day

-Follow a well balanced diet

-Always think Positive

-To get focus and concentration try some Mind games and Puzzles

-Dancing and Exercise is good to physically and mentally alert

-Laughter is the best medicine to cure all.so laugh and make others laugh

-Spend time to learn new things and skills

Eat brain energy boosting foods such as Grapes,Dried Figs, Cayenne Pepper, Brahmi (an Indian herb),Ginseng (a chineese herb)

You are absolutely right..
As you said figs do not have cholesterol or fat and have more potassium,calcium and fiber than bananas.
It contains natural easily digestible,slow burning sugar which is essential for the mental health.

If you want to stay up all the night then prepare 1 tsp of cayenne pepper into a cup of warm water and drink it ,you will get a sudden boost of energy in your system.

Ginseng is good to improve memory and immune system.It also used to stabilize blood sugar level.
