Exercise & stress relief

I heard that Exercise can help us to reduce stress ?And i would like to know it in detail.If anyone knows please share it,it would be helpful for everyone.

Exercise increases your overall health and your sense of well being, which puts more energy in your step everyday.It also has some direct stress bursting benefits.
-It pumps up your endorphins.Physical activity helps to bump up the production of your brain's feel good neuro-transmitters called endorphins.
-It is meditation in motion.After a fast paced game of racquetball or several laps in the pool,you will often find that you have forgotten the days irritations and concentrated only on your body's movements.
-It improves your mood .Regular exercise can increase self confidence and lower the symptoms associated with mild depression and anxiety.
Exercise will help you remain calm and clear in everything that you do.

Exercise is good for health. Regular exercise is good for physical and mental health.
Exercise protect against diseases.
