women's health and fitness tips.

If you want to be in good shape and health follow these fitness tips and share your friends..
1)To maintain health "Exercise daily".Walking is the best exercise.
2)Drink plenty of water..atleast 8 glass of water everyday
3)Eat Healthy foods,include fruits and vegetables and avoid fried items,sweets,rice,alcohol,junk foods etc....avoid overeating
4)You can practice Yoga also..it makes your body strong..also its a good medicine to get a relief from stress and anxiety....
5)follow a balanced diet.. :D

Taking the good care of your body is most important factor in your life. Health and body care is the most important thing in a persons life. It is the biggest personal property. Every person should think more about his health. If you want to live a long and the healthy life you should be healthy and fit.
