Weight loss tips & some recipes..

Have your Breakfast every morning so that you won't feel hungry throughout the day.
For breakfast: Try Oats with low fat milk or Bread toasted with egg or low calorie items(small qty) with vegetable curry..
For lunch:Try salads,vegetables,fruits with 2 chappathi or brown rice ( 1/3 rice 2/3 Grilled chicken mince) cook, drain, then add herbs, pepper then cut out the tomatoe center,Fish items is also good(salmon,Mackerel,tuna), anything with small quantity..
For dinner :Try some fruits or vegetables,juices..
In fact anything with small quantity is good..

some tips
-Exercise daily
-Drink plenty of water
-Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
-Avoid snacks,fat,caffeine.cook yourself,avoid fast foods..

Really very good advice for losing weight,but i have also a question from you for losing weight like the way of phentramin-d diet pills which the people most take for losing.
Is it a safe way

  • Avoid excessive fat food
  • Consume more of lukewarm water
  • Do regularly 20 minute’s walk and cardio gym of 30 minutes
  • Eat more of bowl food and vegetable, fruits
  • Do not eat junk food and spicy and fry food
  • Always go for fibrous food
  • Drink plenty of water.
