Have your Breakfast every morning so that you won't feel hungry throughout the day.
For breakfast: Try Oats with low fat milk or Bread toasted with egg or low calorie items(small qty) with vegetable curry..
For lunch:Try salads,vegetables,fruits with 2 chappathi or brown rice ( 1/3 rice 2/3 Grilled chicken mince) cook, drain, then add herbs, pepper then cut out the tomatoe center,Fish items is also good(salmon,Mackerel,tuna), anything with small quantity..
For dinner :Try some fruits or vegetables,juices..
In fact anything with small quantity is good..
