>Do not skip any meal, especially breakfast.
>Have plenty of water, at least 3-4 liter a day.
>Have varieties of grains, vegetables, fruits, pulses, etc.
> Each meal should be balanced with a portion of carbohydrates and proteins. Have simple and very less of carbohydrates after lunch.
>Have plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits.
>Consume food immediately after cooking.
> Avoid spicy (masala) food.
> Add essential fat in your daily food such as Vegetable oil, olive oil, fish oil, corn oil, nuts, pumpkin seeds, etc.
>Avoid deep fried foods,replace it with fruits and nuts
> Avoid junk foods, fast foods, sweets, chocolates, ice creams, biscuits, pastries and other sugar- rich food.
> Consume fiber-rich fruits in the evening and not sugar rich fruits.
> Do not fill your stomach, always keep half of your stomach empty.
