Some habits that make you fat

Habits that make you fat:
1.   Passion for Fast Foods
2.   Lack of Exercise
3.   Eating to Manage Moods and Feelings even if you are not hungry.
4.   Unawareness of Calories in Food
5.   Eating Too Fast
6.   TV Watching and Computer Usage
7.   Neglecting Scales
8.   Credit Cards
9.   Lack of sleep
10.   Skipping or missing meals

These habits can tend to make you fat, to loose weight I recommend biogen t5 fat burners! I used these regularly to loose weight and had really good results from the first week onwards. They are completely natural and have very little side effects. I 100% recommend these fat burning products.

I agree with you passion for fast, junk, spicy food, lack of exercise, unhealthy eating habits are the reason behind which make you more fatty.

Eating too much fatty, junk, and fast foods etc. and lack of the exercise & physical activities are the main causes of the fat gaining.
Avoid the more use of the junk, fast foods, and alcohol drinks etc. and do regular physical workout to control your fat gaining.

Great thread even I would like to add some more information for the bad habits we are having resulting in fatness:-
Eating low fat foods.
Eating too quickly.
Drinking sods even diet.
Not drinking enough water.

Most of the time junk food or becoming a lazy jack makes you put on weight. If you do not take proper food at proper interval will make you fat. If you sit in one place without any workout, will make you even fatter. These are  few bad habits which will make you fat. This can be avoided by drinking water along with a few drops of peppermint oil.
