I want to lose my weight..wat to do?

hi all i need some help to reduce my weight,i am losing my health day by day..i am 4 "11 and 135 ld..sad that i can't wear small tight dress like others with my age..so please tell me some diet tips,exercise, or should i consult a doctor?

Nothing ,just control some food,avoid fried items,have small quantity,and do regular exercises..then you will be alright with in 2 or 3 months..:)

I am Daniall from Canada and i also listening many more problems related to weight loss.and people doing many efforts for losing  weight. And i also Sharing the knowledge related to the phentramin-d diet pills which are helpful for losing weight.So try it and stay happy.

Monali, There are lot of ways to lose weight and be healthy. You can do exercise and have a  healthy diet menu. Me, Aside from biking and running. I'm also into sugar free diet. I'm using natural sweetener named Natvia. It has fewer calories and good for health.

Hi all

I am daniall this is nice thread for weight loss issue, i really like it, the weight loss is always in your hand how u can survive your life what you eat ehat not,i also suffering from this type of problem but  now i am taking a tablets with doctor's permission, which control my appetite and also help in losing weight.

i also suggest you to take weight loss tablet like phentramin-d . :)

You should follow these tips for losing your weight.
Do exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Avoid more fat and fast foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat more fruits and vegetables as compare to fried and fast foods.
Take green tea.
Take vegetables soups.
drink grapefruit juice daily.

Drink a lot of water, and less carbs. Tea, like hibiscus tea from hibiscus flower is also fine. Then, as always, exercise. And don't eat sweets.

Here's some useful info for those trying to lose weight.Eating fried food in between meals can disturb the body metabolism and cause excess fat deposition.so try to avoid that.
