How to lose fat from butts and thighs?

Why do women have trouble losing fat from their butts & thighs? Is it due to genetics or some other reasons?

Simple because you are giving more fat to the body by taking more calories than required.
And unfortunately these are the places the fat will tend to store first.

It is true that women have more body fat than men. And the breast and hip are two part which is almost make from fat. But it can also control by after some care. You should have to take low fat diet. And with this you should also take some exercise of thighs and legs. I think running is the best exercise for this propose. Thanks.

Hello,
Most of the women's have same problem with their butt and thigh fat muscle. Solution on that is do regular exercise and have healthy diet..
