I think we need over 50 nutrients each day to stay healthy, fit and younger

Okiee Is there any steps that we can keep our body healthy and fit??I mean What food we choose to eat to cover all these nutrients each day?/

There are steps that we can take to keep our bodies healthy: -
-Don't skip breakfast.Follow a balanced meal,3 meals a day.Regular eating maintains the bodies metabolism.
-Avoid overeating,choose foods rich in calcium,low fat yogurt,eggs,fish,vegetables in less quantity.This keeps your muscles and bones strong.
-Drink plenty of water.
