Failed to lose fat??

If you failed to lose fat ,following are some reasons that you couldn't lose fat

1. Frequent snacking on salty foods:
2. Eating in front of the television:
3. Skipping meals:
4. Eating quickly:
5. Doing a party at the end of the week

Very right saying dear. I am totally agree with you. These are really very good reason. I do not think all people know that. Actually i also do not know these reason. Thank you for share this information. May God bless you always.
