Some signs are:
Dry Mouth
Sweating
Feeling Dizzy
Dark Colored Urine
Dry Skin etc..

Great thread, when the body suffers from chronic dehydration, blood flow and blood pressure drop due to a lack of water and oxygen in the blood, causing muscles and nerve function to literally burn out.

Following are 5 sing of dehydration

  • Dry mouth
  • Eyes stop making tears
  • Sweating may stop
  • Muscle cramps
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Heart palpitations
  • Lightheadedness (especially when standing)
  • Weakness
  • Decreased urine output

To get over on dehydration problem get start following things

  • Stop your activity and rest.
  • Get out of direct sunlight and lie down in a cool spot, such as in the shade or an air-conditioned area.
  • Prop up your feet.
  • Take off any extra clothes.
  • Drink a rehydration drink, water, juice, or sports drink to replace fluids and minerals.
