10 Tips to lose weight.

1 - Drink water when you feel hungry..
2 - Have breakfast at right time. It makes a person does not eat a lot of food in the following meals.
3 - Drink fat free milk instead of whole milk..
4 - When you feel your tummy full stop eating more food.
5 - Reduce sugar.
6 - Avoid fried foods, soda, canned, fatty foods.
7 - Do not eat in front of the TV..
8 - Chew your food well before swallowing.
9 - When eating chicken remove the skin, because the skin contains a lot of fatty substances.
10 - Green tea helps to burn calories, you can drink between meals.

Really good tips and I read all that tips and find these very effective. So i am totally agree with you. But one thing i want to add here that with a proper diet and you should take some exercise. And i think running or walking is the best exercise for weight lose. Thanks.

Hi

I think most of every person have the weight loss problem.We have to control our diet.We have to give more care about our proper diet.We have to do regular exercise and yoga.They will helps to make our body very healthy.

1) do not eat fried foods.
2) do not eat baked foods.
3) avoid oily food.
4) used more of boil food like fruit vegetables and leafy vegetables.
5) do regular yoga exercise for 1 hrs.
6) do regular 10 min walk.
7) drinks water on hourly basis.
8) do not drink soft and hard cold drinks after food or with food.
9) use lukewarm water after dinner or lunch .
10) used more of fibrous food.
