Tips to stay young and long life..

1. Eat plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
2. Eat food contains Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Fish such as salmon,etc
3. Drink Plenty of Green Tea
4. Exercise daily.Walking is better than the gym
5. Drink plenty of water.
6. Sleep 8 hrs a day
7. Avoid fast foods, red meat, alcohol, cigarettes..
