If we follow some hair care tips we can make them better as much as possible.
1) Eat a healthy Balanced diet. Include plenty of green vegetables, fresh fruits, minor millets, milk and milk products.
2) Massage your scalp with good hair oil.A good head massage help to increase blood circulation to scalp skin and aid hair growth.

4) Trim your troubles. As the ends of your hair get older and damaged by rough handling, they become prone to splitting.
5) Brush your hair from root to tips before taking head bath.
6)5) Deep condition once every two weeks.
7) Stress can be seriously injurious to long-term health and color of hair. Try and manage your time and tasks to minimize.
