Habits That Damage the Kidneys:

1. Not emptying your bladder early
2. Not drinking enough water
3. Taking too much salt
4. Not treating common infections quickly and properly
5. Eating too much meat
6. Not eating enough
7. Painkiller abuse
8. Drinking too much alcohol
9. Not resting enough

Hello,
Those are superb and i am currently suffering from stone problem :(
But doctor suggest me to drink plenty of water which can remove it easily...

Drinking as much as 2 to 3 liters a day may help flush out your urinary system. You'll need to keep drinking water and other fluids
when you are passing a kidney stone.
Important thing is after you have had a kidney stone, you are more likely to have one again.
Almost half of all people who have a stone will have more stones within 7 years unless they take preventive measures.
You may be able to prevent getting more kidney stones by drinking more fluids and making changes in your diet.
