Benefits of healthy FAT !

All fats are not bad for you ! Many are crucial for optimal health & weight loss including Mono-unsaturated fat found in many foods and oils and Poly-unsaturated fats found in plant based foods and oils.
Best sources are:  Olive oil, Safflower oil, Peanut oil, Flaxseed oil, Coconut, Omega 3's, Nuts, Seeds and Avacados.
Limit saturated fats and Avoid processed, Hydrogenated oil and Transfats.

Healthy fats help :
-Maintain energy levels,
-Vitamin absorption,
-Metabolize stored fat
-Reduce inflammation and risk of cancer and Alzheimer's
-Ward off heart disease
-Provides healthy younger looking skin
