*It can keep bad cholesterol (LDL) from oxidizing and helps to raise the level of good cholesterol (HDL) since it is rich in antioxidants and thus by prevents fat deposits inside the arteries.

*It helps keep blood platelets from gathering together and forming unnecessary clots.

*Regular consumption of pomegranate juice is beneficial for those suffering from heart diseases.

*On a recent study found that it prevents Prostate cancer,Breast cancer and reduces,slowdown its growth.

*It is good for diarrhea but if we consume more it may lead to constipation.

*On a recent study shows that pomegranate juice helps prevent heart attacks and stroke.

*If your child has a cold, pomegranate juice mixed with a pinch of ginger powder and a pinch of pepper is quite effective.
