Health tips for your nails

Hey eveyone, well i just wanted to share this great tips for those who are really careful with their nails, use olive oil for your nails this will help them get a shower of vitamin, also rub garlic on them this will hep your nails grow faster and stronger

I always hear people say nails are fragile because they are low in calcium, and that you need to drink milk and things that will make your calcium higher

In my opinion  it is the great post.We have to give more care about body parts.Our nails are very important.We have to eat more nutrient food for it.
