Health benefits of tomatoes...

Eating tomatoes regularly is good for your health and the roof of the mouth..and the health benefits are
1)Tomatoes contain the vitamin A, C & E also contain natural anti-inflammatories such as flavonoids,potassium and other mineral salts.
2)Also it contains  the antioxident called lycopene which is good for clear up the damaging free radicals that can harm our cells.
3))Tomatoes regularly could reduce the risk of prostate cancer,breast cancer and stomach cancer.
4)It could boost the skins ability to protect itself against UV rays.
5)It plays a role in reducing bad cholestrol.
6)Also it plays an importent role in" beauty products"Lycopene contained ingredients are best to wrinkleless skin.
So Add tomatoes to your dishes ,don't worry that cooked tomatoes contain more lycopene than uncooked.

I totally agree with you since tomatoes have tons of vitamins and minerals in them that our body needs.
Many people may dislike eating tomatoes but they are very good for our over-all health.

I totally agree with you that the tomatoes is very health full to the body and it gives a good connection to your blood towards the heart.
