Health benefits of Honey.

There are many health benefits of honey and the main health benefits of honey are:
1)It is nature's energy booster : It contains the natural source of carbohydrates which provide strength and energy to boost our performance(sports,during exercise).The glucose in honey is absorbed very fast and give immediate energy boost, and the fructose is absorbed slowly and give sustained energy. It will keep a constant blood sugar level compared to other sugar.
2)Honey is a powerful immunity system builder: It has antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties can help improve digestive system and help you stay healthy and fight disease.
3)Honey is a natural remedy for many ailments: It is one of the most natural home remedies to treat cuts and burns, yeast infection , athlete foot , and arthritis pain. It has antibacterial properties and prevent infections and inhibits the growth of certain bacteria antiseptic properties inhibits the growth of certain bacteria and helps to keep external wounds clean.It has been used as a natural cure in first aid treatment for wounds, burns and cuts as it is able to absorb moisture from the air and promote fast healing. Honey is very beneficial for our health. It prevents us from all diseases except death.
It provides a lot of energy, if we take one spoon of natural honey in breakfast we can perform hard work easily.
It also prevents from cough, flu, and throat problems. It also plays an important role in burning the fat and controlling the cholesterol level.

Honey is nothing more than dehydrated bee vomit.
