Apple is really really very beneficial to get rid of all the maladies . If you are suffering from obesity you should not eat the peel of the apple .

Apples can be used to help treat and prevent some diseases. Some of these include asthma. Studies have shown that children with asthma who drink apple juice per day had less wheezing than those with asthma who do not drink apple juice regularly.

Taking one apple daily keep away from doctor. Apple is very beneficial for our health.
It improves our health and fitness and fights against a number of diseases. It prevents from cancer, heart problems, it also controls the cholesterol level and burns the fat and reduces the extra weight.
