1 ) Abdominal Cancer: Dates are natural,easily digested and  beneficial for curing abdominal cancer.

2 )Healthy Heart: It is helpful in maintaining heart in a healthy condition(especially for weak heart). Soak it for a night crush and consume in the morning twice in a week.

3 ) Intestinal Disorders: The nicotinic content in the dates is beneficial for curing any kinds of intestinal disorders. Continuous intake of dates helps to maintain a rise of friendly bacteria in the intestines.

4 ) Anemia : The amount of iron in it is very high and having dates everyday is helpful in curing anemia. Those having iron deficiency can eat dates everyday. It also have fluorine that reduces tooth decay.
