Diet and Exercise Tips

Can any one suggest me common diet and exercise myths that may slow weight loss?

Eat more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
Eat foods less in carbohydrate and fat.
Eat breakfast daily.
Be hydrated always.
Avoid caffeine, soda ,include fruit juices in your daily diet.
Then see the result in 3 weeks

From that you can slow down your weight loss...
