Almond milk-An alternative for dairy milk

-People who are looking to lose weight can use plain almond milk without added sugar or flavor.

-It is good for heart since it has no cholesterol and 5mg of sodium & 150mg of potassium which is good for normal blood pressure.

-It is good for diabetic patients than drinking other milk,since it contains 8gms of carbohydrate and 7gms of sugar.

-It is good for Bone health.it contains 30% of calcium & 25% vitamin D.The magnesium found in almond helps to absorb more calcium.

-It is good for skin & Eye  health.It contains 50% of vitamin E &moderate level of vitamin A.The antioxidant capacity of this helps regulate vitamin A use and availability and helps the functioning of eye properly.

-It is good foe muscle power,since it contains vitamin B in the form of riboflavin,protein,iron(4%) which helps muscles growth and repair.

I know that milk is greta, but i do not like it. I rather eat yougurt and no milk.
