Gluten, a protein found in most grains, especially wheat.
People with Celiac disease (inability to tolerate wheat protein) should avoid gluten eating gluten.For avoiding gluten we should
-Look for gluten free foods,read food labels.
-Select whole grains that are naturally gluten free
-If in restaurant,ask them about ingredients.
