Tips to Prevent Hemorrhoids Formation:

1. Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which helps to softens the stool.

2. Drink plenty of fluids. Drink 6-8 glasses of water or other liquids(except alcohol) everyday.

3. Consider fiber supplements. The recommended amount is 20 - 35 grams a day.If you use fiber supplements,
be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water or other fluids every day.

4.Don’t strain when trying to pass a stool, it creates greater pressure in the veins in the lower rectum.

5. Go as soon as you feel the urge. If you wait, your stool could become dry and be harder to pass.

6.Exercise can also help you lose excess weight that may be contributing to your hemorrhoids.
