Lower back pain in the morning..

When i get up in the morning my lower back pains,it has been going for the past 3 months.. I will practice yoga and Exercise every second day in a week.And i am physically normal and in a good shape too..I checked my blood and it shows everything is in normal condition.if you could share it would be helpful.

Hi i also had the same problem in the lower back only in the morning,sometime it will last for 2 hour.And i consulted a doctor and did some check ups,everything was normal.An di have been sleeping on my stomach since childhood,and i never had any pain beforeThen he said check your bed and use Tempur Pedic bed instead of that.I did as he said,and my back pain got over with in weeks.
You just try flip your mattress ,or else go for Tempur Pedic mattress. Hope that would help you.

It may be something to do with your posture.  Continual pressure on the discs of the spine can cause discomfort.  Would you describe your natural standing/sitting position as round-shouldered and stooped or do you stand with your shoulders back and head up?  Or it could be muscular in origin .... Do you lift heavy things frequently?   Drive a lot?

You should probably go to see your doctor and ask their advice.
