1)Never Smoke
   If you are a current smoker, quitting will reduce your risk of developing heart problems, lung disease or blood supply blockages to your brain or legs.If you can't , get suggestion/aides from a doctor.

2)Regular Exercise
   Can be very beneficial for your overall health & your lungs healthy. I has any problem take guidance from a healthcare provider about the type of exercise that may be suitable for you.

3)Breathe clean air
   Polluted,Smoggy air isn’t good for anyone. Avoid breathing second hand smoke,environments that have pollutants,dust,fumes,smoke.
