Fruit can make you healthy and slimmer

Fruit has lots of fiber, low in fat, and low in calories. If individuals would only replace junk snacks and drinks with healthy fruit and fruit juices they would find themselves healthier and slimmer. Try it for just a couple of weeks and you will feel the difference. Here is a list of what health benefits each fruit has.

Fruits are really good for our health and fitness. The provide us rich amount of vitamins, protein, and fiber.
The fresh fruits control various diseases and improve our health, fitness, and beauty. They control the cholesterol level and burns the extra calories.

First, apple
Apple is one of the four best fruits in the world. In foreign countries, there is an old saying: "an apple a day keeps the doctor away", which clearly indicates that apple plays some role in the prevention and treatment of diseases. Eating apple can lower the level of blood cholesterol, prevent the formation of gallstones, and has certain therapeutical effect on high blood pressure.

Second, kiwifruit
Kiwifruit is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and other mineral elements, as well as various kinds of vitamins. There are 1.6 grams of protein contained in 100 grams of kiwifruit pulp. It is a very nutritious fruit which is rich in water but low in heat. What's more, kiwifruit enjoys the reputation of "the fruit king of vitamin C".

Third, tomato
Tomato contains a large number of vitamin C, E, vitamin B group, carotene and 15 kinds of minerals such as iron and calcium. Vitamin B group can promote the metabolism of fat in the body. The content of vitamin C in tomato is ten times than that in watermelon. A medium-sized tomato is able to meet the amount of vitamin C needed by an adult every day.

Fourth, grape
Grape contains plenty of glucose, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, niacin and vitamin B1, B2, C and various kinds of other vitamins and minerals. Often eating grapes is particularly beneficial to people who suffer from neurasthenia and fatigue. Because of its good taste and high nutritional value, grape has always been regarded as "the treasure in fruits", which ranks the first in the four best fruits in the world.

Fifth, blueberry
Blueberry contains a great amount of super antioxidant--anthocyanin, so it has been regarded by the foreign experts as "the king of antioxidant". In addition to these normal components such as sugar, acid, vitamin C and mineral elements, blueberry also contains niacin, flavonoid and other special ingredients, which have good effects of preventing the aging of the cerebral nerves, strengthening heart, resisting cancer and other health effects.

Sixth, banana
Banana tastes very sweet, so people often mistakenly think it contains a lot of calories. However, this is not true. The heat contained in one banana (net weight of about 100 grams or so) is only 87 calories, which is half of that contained in one bowl of rice. What's more, eating banana has a good effect of relieving constipation.
