Just following a healthy diet is of no use, as it will merely reduce your calorie and fat intake, but will not flush out the existing ones. In order to do that, you need to exercise, that completes the cycle – old fat out, and no new ones come in. Result = lose weight.

yes you are right.there isno use in diet controll.only way is to do exercise..Exerciseis the best way to reduce the weight.

Yes. I want to lose weight seriously. That is why i'm doing whatever it takes just to lose weight. I lessen my calorie intake that's why i'm not using sugar anymore. Drinking plenty of warm/hot water can help in weight reduction. So drink lots of water and stay healthy:)
