Headache vs migraine

Headaches are very common ills.Every headache is not migraine. But, migraine headaches are the most "misdiagnosed" and "over diagnosed" headache.The causes for headaches are varied.Some of the common causes are
-Decreased vision
-High blood pressure
-Brain tumors
-Tension
-Lack of sleep
-Heat
-Dehydration
-Fever
-Sinusitis
-Meningitis
-Aneurysm
-Glaucoma
Migraines is also a common type of headache occur with the symptoms nausea,vomiting and sensitivity to light.It may also triggered by
-Stress
-Skipping of meals
-Menstrual periods
-Fatigue
-Changes in normal sleep
-Changing weather
-Some specific foods(preservatives in food&food addictives such as nitrates)
-Sweating
-Neck pain
-Blurred vision
There is no specific cure for migraine headaches. The goal is to prevent symptoms by avoiding or changing the triggers.

Try inhaling steam as long as you can whenever you have a migraine/ headache. It gives instant relief. Try it next time it works

headache sounds like a small disease,but it can ruin you when it come.

Hello, you can try by putting a wet towel in your forehead. It helpes you relax and no more headache. You can also take paracetamol.
