A stye is a small bump,can be seen inside/outside of the eyelid.It is usually harmless and heal by themselves.
A stye develops from an eyelash follicle or an eyelid oil gland that becomes clogged from excess oil, debris or bacteria.

Stye Causes are:
1)Clogged eyelid glands.
2)Wearing Eye makeup/too much makeup sometimes causes styes, especially if you share makeup with others.
3)Stress is also a cause to develop stye..

Treatment are:
Most of the styes heal by themselves. The following steps might speed up the healing time.
   **Compress eye with a warm cloth for 10 minutes 3 to 4 times daily.
   **Apply some medicated eye drops or antibiotic ointment may help cure the infection.
Your eye doctor can tell you the best if it hurts even after this.
