How to prevent diabetes.

How can we prevent diabetes?What are the eating and physical habits should i need to follow?I am afraid that my family members have this disease and its very common now.so it would be helpful if someone can share some tips..I am 34 and am lit fatty..

Now diabetes is a common disease for human being.Here are some solutions to prevent it.
-Eat breakfast every day, and make your meal and snack times regular by having them at the same time each day.
-Drinking a full glass of water before eating will also help reduce your appetite.Try choosing a healthier food such as
grilled chicken, salad instead of fries, or fruit instead of desserts or
shakes.Limit your meat, poultry, and fish intake to about three ounces a day.And don't watch TV while you are eating.
-Increase your physical activity.If you are at work, instead of taking elevator use the staircase.
-Drink plenty of water.
-Avoid too much of sugary foods.
In short you can prevent diabetes by staying healthy, exercising, eating right and staying away from sugary foods and drinks.. :)

In short limit food rich in carbohydrate and fat.limit junk food rich in calorie.Instead of junks eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

There are many ways to prevent the occurrence of Diabetes but the best way is to have a healthy lifestyle. When you say healthy lifestyle it embodies exercise, well balanced diet and not having any vices at all. An increase in sugar level has been the issue in Diabetes. 1.Reduce protein
2.Exercising
3.Eat healthy food
4.Running and walking

Avoid carbonated drinks, sweetening, fried items.
Consume lots of vegetables and fruit.
Steer clear of oil
Reduce the consumption of red meat
get some exercise regularly. Exercise 1 hour or at least 30 minutes daily.Give up smoking.

Fig leaves and fruit are healthy snack options for diabetics. Fig fruit reduce the amount of insulin needed by diabetic patients who are insulin dependent. Being rich in potassium this fruit is useful to control blood sugar levels. So increase the intake of fig in your diet.
