Dental tips
« on: August 13, 2012, 09:10:36 AM »
Cavities aren’t just for little kids—you can get them at any age. When you consume sugary foods, soda, juice or energy drinks,
you put yourself at risk for tooth decay and gum disease.  Always brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes and floss once a day.

Maintaining the dental health is really very important to avoid oral problems. By following few simple instructions we can have a good dental health. Brushing and flossing after every meal that reduces the bacteria and the odor.  We can also use mouthwash. Eating meals on regular timing and including healthy and nutritious things in it is very important. It is good to avoid excessive fasting and also avoid breath busters like garlic, onions, and some other spicy foods. Drinking enough water instead of frequent consumption of tea or coffee will help you to avoid stains on teeth. Smoking , alcohol consumption or tobacco products should be strictly avoided. Regular check-ups from the expert dentist is also important to stay away from dental problems.
