Child Obesity

If your kids have issues with their weight, this would be helpful on kid fatness.As a parent it's your responsibility to raise your kid healthy

->Do not permit any sweets (cookies,cakes,candies)in your home. Keep lots of fruits,vegetables and whole grains..

->When it involves hour, cook one thing healthy. That doesn't mean the kid to starve, cook healthy food

->Set an explicit cut-off date for TV and video games. Allow them 1 or 2 hours of TV or video games every day. Rest they go outside and play.

->Participate in school sports and games*(Athletic programs).

Hello, they are very good  tips for our children.
