Cancer that starts in the large intestine (colon) or the rectum (end of the colon) commonly known as Colorectal cancer, colon cancer or bowel cancer.
Many people with colon cancer experience no symptoms in the early stages of the disease. When symptoms appear, they'll vary, depending on the cancer's size and location in your large intestine.

-Narrow stool/constipation
-Pain in the abdomen such as gas, cramps
-A feel that bowel
-Fatigue
-Change in bowel habits such as constipation, narrow stool diarrhea.

Risk factors:
-Age older than 50
-High Fat diet,red meats
-Low fiber diet
-Family history
-Genetic
-Smoking and drinking alcohol

If you see any symptoms, make an appointment with your doctor. He may recommend the tests or early screening..

Stages of colon cancer are:
Stage 0: only on the innermost layer of the large intestine.
Stage 1: in the inner layers of the colon
Stage 2: spread through the muscle wall of the colon
Stage 3: spread to the lymph nodes
Stage 4: spread to the other organs

Treatment :
Treatments depends on the stages, type, age and other health problems..
Treatments include surgery,chemotherapy,radiation..
Usually stage 0 is treated by performing a surgery.Stage 1,2 ,and 3 needs a vast surgery.Stage 3 is done followed by chemotherapy. In stage 4 chemotherapy is used to extend survival in patients..Stage 1,2,3 are potentially curable..In many cases it is treatable if it is caught early
Radiation may usually done in combination with chemotherapy in stage 3 rectal cancer.
