Those tips are nice but from that we can only do level cancer little low and but the danger remain same... :-[

Cut down 5 white things to prevent cancer...

1) Salt
2) sugar
3) White rice
4) Maida ( All purpose flour )
5) Milk

Avoid excess oil, Avoid excess red meat, exercise everyday
